Beauty Storage Ideas!

I'm always looking for new storage for my beauty products and other accessories. For my fragrances, I've decided to place them on a shabby chic style tray. I've had this for a while but I think it makes my perfumes look less cluttered. Its also ideal for storing pieces of jewellery on. You can get these type of trays in places like dunelm mill, ebay and ikea.
At the beginning of the year, I bought a glass cake stand from Matalan for £5 in the sale. I'd wanted a cake stand for a while after seeing a similar idea on wehearit. I think its a pretty idea for storing makeup on or jewellery.
To store my nail polishes, I bought a glass sweet jar from ebay here (they also sell them at wilkinsons here). Its a really affordable idea and looks really nice. I think I may add a ribbon to it just to make it a little more prettier.

I think my next purchase is either going to be a letter rack or wicker basket for my makeup palettes.

What storage do you use?

  1. Lovely ideas! Really like the cake stand idea for eyeshadows, make them a lot easier to get to. At the moment I have mine in a drawer but i am thinking of other ways to store it all as there's so much!

  2. I love your storage! Everything looks so classy and put together. Mine isn't that attractive, but it works, lol. I've got a small file drawer (3 drawers) for all my makeup, acrylic brush holders, and a file bin for all my nail polish. Pretty much all from the office supply store lol.

  4. So pretty, I also keep nail polish in a jar but it's mainly my mini Ciate polishes. Anything shabby chic/vintage storage, makes me happy :)

  10. Loved the cake stand idea! I have a small wicker basket that holds all my nailpolishes, and a shallow wicker tray for my eyeshadows and blush. And my kohls, eyeliner pencils, and mascara go into a glass pen stand. Same for brushes. :)
