Hydration, Hydration, Hydration

Sometimes all my skin needs is simple hydration. When it comes to moisturising, I've found I don't really need anything too fancy. Some of my favourite formulas are from the high street.
Oily skin needs regular moisture. One moisturiser, I really like for keeping my skin hydrated is the Organic Surge Blissful Daily Moisturiser* - £8.49 (50ml). I've found this is really good when all my skin needs is simply moisture. Its not a particularly fancy cream but its great for keeping oily skin balanced and its perfect for using under makeup as it soaks in quickly. Dry skins may not find it nourishing enough but for normal/oily its definitely worth a look.
For lips, a product I've mentioned before is Nuxe Reve De Miel Lip Balm* - £9.50 (15g) - an extremely nourishing balm for dry skin. Apparently one of these is sold every 28 seconds. It feels heavier on the lips than a regular lip balm but is incredibly soothing. I have a second pot of this which I use on my elbows, knees and heels to keep them as soft as possible.
My all time favourite body butter is Boots Extracts Body Butter - £8 (200ml) - I mentioned this in a recent 2013 week in beauty post because damn, this stuff is good. The formula is creamy, hydrating, soaks in quick without feeling greasy. When used with the body extracts exfoliator, my skin feels like silk. The range is such a bargain too and well worth a look.

Mask wise, I really like the Una Brennan Superfacialist Rose Hydrate Intense Moisture Mask - £8.99 (125ml).  This is a great option for normal/oily skins that need a quick moisture boost (Dry skin types may not find it moisturising enough for them). This creamy mask leaves the complexion hydrated, balanced, soothed and healthy. The superfacialist range is a great high street brand. I would also recommend the vitamin C renew cleansing oil.
I couldn't not mention a hair product in this post. As we all know, hair needs a moisture boost too and one product high up on my list is Dove's Nourishing Oil Care Leave-in Conditioning & Care Spray - £3.59 (200ml). This is such a bargain buy and a great cheat product for healthy, smooth hair. It contains almond, coconut and argan oil and gives hair a spritz of moisture where needed. It feels weightless and smells gorgeous too!

What are your favourite hydration heroes?
