Just like high street fashion, I'm a firm believer that you can find some gems in the 'drugstore'. When it comes to skincare, I will admit to being a little more fussier but I have found a few good skincare products that don't break the bank.
For treatments, the Good Things Five Minute Facial Mask is ideal for a deep cleanse. Good things are also a brand whose products are free from parabens, mineral oils and sls. The five minute facial mask has a strong fruity scent but as its clay based, its great for drawing out impurities for clearer skin.
A new-ish brand taking over the high street is Una Brennan's Superfacialist range. Two products under £10 worth a mention are the Tea Flower Deep Clean Pore Purifying Clay Mask and Rose Hydrate Intense Moisture Mask. The pore purifying clay mask is perfect for congested pores and achieving clearer skin. It doesn't dry out skin either, so great for the majority of skin types. The intense moisture mask is great for hydrating and balancing the skin. This is a good option for oily, dehydrated skin types as its not heavy and doesn't leave any oily residue. Both masks are intended for five minute use - ideal for anyone with a busy lifestyle!
Have you tried any of these brands?
